Welcome to Delta Housing

The Situation

As some of you already know, our younger brethren ran into some trouble late last year. Their chapter leadership all graduated at the same time thus leaving freshman and sophomores to run the chapter. Due to inexperience, Nationals was forced to do a chapter review. About 2/3rds of the active chapter was suspended until further review. Now in addition, the house itself is overdue for repairs. After 20 years since the last major overhaul to my knowledge, it is time for some work to be done. I know, many of you have work, family, and other obligations to attend to but I have taken it upon myself along with some others to dedicate some time from our busy schedules to save our house. Not only are we working to preserve our own history, we are helping the younger generation learn some of the valuable lessons we have learned when we were attending college.

Some of you already have made money contributions and I thank you. Those who haven't already done so, I ask you again to help us in our endeavors. Time is limited, and we need help with money and/or your labor. Lets all come together once again and act like true Sigma Pi's. We have overcome obstacles in the past and triumphed through good and bad times. I hope that time has not eroded your sense of respect for our chapter. I think that everything that I am today is because of all the lessons I have learned during those formidable learning years. I hope you can look within yourself and see what lessons you have learned from our fraternity. I look forward to re-establishing contact with each and everyone of you that has come through those doors.

Fraternally Yours,

Brother Patrick Tse
